FaceSwapMaker is built for lawful, consent-based creative use of AI face swap tools. You may use the service only with photos, videos, GIFs, and faces that you own or are authorized to use.

Allowed Use

Safety Checks

We may use automated safety detection, rate limits, payment risk checks, and abuse-prevention systems before processing uploads or granting access. If safety checks cannot verify a file, generation may be refused.

Safety checks are not perfect. You remain responsible for the content you upload and the results you create.

Enforcement

If we believe a user has violated this Safety Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, we may refuse generation, remove access, suspend or terminate accounts, block purchases, deny refunds for policy-violating activity, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
