4. Credit Use and Refunds: Credits are intended for use on Face Swap Maker only. Credits are not cash, gift cards, stored-value balances, or transferable assets, and they cannot be redeemed for money. Because AI generation incurs processing cost, used credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the charge was caused by a technical or billing error.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Face Swap Maker to:

• Swap faces without the consent of the individuals whose faces are used

• Create manipulated media intended to deceive, defame, harass, exploit, threaten, or harm any person

We may use automated safety checks and other abuse-prevention measures before processing uploads. We reserve the right to refuse generation, remove access, suspend or terminate accounts, block purchases, or deny refunds for activity that violates these Terms, our Safety Policy, or applicable law.

Your Content and Uploaded Files

You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and GIFs you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your files solely for the purpose of generating your face swap result.

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 72 hours.
• We will never use your uploaded content for AI model training.
• Uploaded files may be processed by our AI generation, storage, and safety-detection providers solely to deliver the requested result, enforce our policies, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any faces, images, or content you upload. Do not upload content featuring other real people without their consent.

Intellectual Property

All technology, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Face Swap Maker platform — including the AI models, interface, and documentation — are the property of Face Swap Maker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Face Swap Maker platform.

Results and Commercial Use

Images and videos you generate using your own uploaded content are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have the rights to all faces and content used as input.
